Critique

PB (2) 1 Spry’s Tamoanchan Venus Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican Hairless). Rising a year old and already so well schooled in the ring. Good in head and forehand with good length of leg and muscular. Strong proportionate body. Clean head planes. Well let down in chest and ample spring in rib. Comes into her own on the move where she is straight and precise from any angle. BP & RBB. 2 Balode & Emerson’s Tamoanchan Hydra. Litter sister to winner and much in the same mould apart from her schooling and on the move although she did show signs of her build when she settled and played ball with her handler. I’m sure these two will swap many times.

JB (4) 1 Winter & Unwin’s Morningcalm White Wizard At Snowtrekka (ai). 14 month old Korean Jindo male that looked every inch the showman using the ring well to demonstrate just how well made he is under his gleaming white jacket. Scores well in head with strength and balance. Powerful forehand with corresponding rear. Handled and presented to his benefit. RBD. 2 Balode & Emerson’s Sonderwol Legend Queen Of Life At Tamoanchan 15 month old Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican Hairless) female. Typey youngster that needs to be worked on to be at her best because despite her good framework she didn’t move as well as it suggested today particularly in her hind action.

PGD/B (2) 1 Bruce’s Sheldobchi Peekaboo With Amiesta. 18 month old Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican Hairless) female that was the cleaner mover of the two on the day. Well put together in framework, clean head and shoulders. Typical aloofness displayed at times. Stronger in topline than second. Steady on the move. 2 Balode & Emerson’s Sapphira Cheryl Bernays Iz Kanekso At Tamoanchan. 2 year old Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican Hairless) female with many of the same remarks as winner except that she wasn’t as controlled on the move but she does have a better underline than winner. Shown in good body toning.

LD/B (2) 1 Spry’s Rollenwod Chahta. Two and a quarter year old Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican Hairless) female. Strong all through without losing her feminine appeal or look. Good head to handle. Well let down in chest and sprung in rib. Sound on the move but at times tends to run very close behind. 2 Bruce’s Sheldobchi Peekaboo With Amiesta.

OD (1) 1 Balode & Emerson’s Guy Mexyeliss At Tamoanchan (Imp). 20 month old Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican Hairless). Ultra sound and positive on the move, showing off his construction to its best. Good head to handle clean and in proportion to his body. Well muscled all through. BD.

OB (2) 1 Balode & Emerson’s Shurano Neris (Imp). Four and a half year old Intermediate Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican Hairless). This young lady just stood out for her type and overall balanced framework which she put to good use on the move covering the ground with consummate ease and style. Excellent headpiece with well set brown eyes and high set ears. In the challenge she shone and didn’t put a foot wrong to take BB & BIR  2 Bruce’s Sheldobchi Star Anise For Amiesta. Five and a half year old Miniature Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican Hairless). Scores well for type and overall construction being balanced and sound, but unfortunately, she wasn’t as fluent on the move as she should have been given her very good frame.
