Day 2 PD (6) 1 Pike & Carter’s Breezelyn Ear Sumut Special, Hungarian Pumi. Cracking puppy who is so well built throughout. Pleasing size and has that square appearance the standard asks for. Good head shape, dark eye, best of expressions and well set ears. Very pleasing front assembly, good layback of shoulder, deep chest and well developed hindquarters for his age. Moved well with a typical gait, light and lively. 2 Allan’s Prince Snow Allmark du Bois des Ternes, White Swiss Shepherd Dog. Another very promising puppy who pushed the winner close. Balanced throughout with a clean and elegant outline. Pleasing head piece with a good eye and expression. Best of legs and feet, good reach of neck set in well placed shoulders, pleasing depth of chest and nicely angulated quarters. Presentation first class and once he settled sound on the move. 3 Brown’s Kontrastas Hector The Noblewith Tamelden, White Swiss Shepherd Dog. 

PGD (5) 1 West’s Ojons Ghost Rider De L’aige De La Tournelle Shepalian, White Swiss Shepherd Dog. Well balanced dog of good make and shape. Typical in head, wedge shaped with a good dark eye and well set ears. Very clean over the neck and shoulders, level back, strong loin and a good width of hindquarters. Moved soundly on a good stride, really covering the ground. 2 Sandford’s Fato Del Boscoantico, Bergamasco. Good size with the correct square profile. Balanced head, kind eye and soft expression. Strong neck and a pleasing layback of shoulder, well sprung ribs, level topline and a good bend of stifle. Moved well but not the positive outlook of the winner on the day. 3 Thornton & Griffiths Fawncrest Roly of Mexolo, Xoloitzcuintle. 

LD (2,1) 1 Winter & Unwin’s Morningcalm White Wizard at Snowtrekka, Korean Jindo. Very soundly made throughout with a balanced appearance. Good head shape, dark eye and the brightest of expressions. Straight front standing on good legs and feet, firm back and strong well muscled quarters. Sound on the move both fore and aft. 

OD (5) 1 Pike & Carter’s Cseresznyeskerti-csalfa BoBo at Breezelyn (Imp Hun), Hungarian Pumi. Fits the standard well  and combines this with such a positive and active outlook. Best of heads, correct oval eye and the brightest of expressions. Well made front assembly with well laid shoulders and good return of upper arm. Powerful hindquarters that he uses to advantage on the move and well let down hocks. Best of coats and a sound and positive mover, BD & BOB. 2 Balode & Emerson’s Guy Mexyeliss at Tamoanchan, Xoloitzcuintle. Very impressive and another with an alert and stylish appearance. Pleasing head piece, good eye and expression and excellent pigmentation. Good reach of neck, well sprung ribs, level back that he holds on the move and well rounded quarters with a good width of second thigh. Moved soundly on the best of strides, Res.BD. 3 Smee & Coleman’s Int. Ch. & Ir. Ch. Balthazar Pumida Avec Schnaubern (Imp Cze), Hungarian Pumi. 

VD (2,1) 1 Dennis’s Bailey of Sereno Spirit, White Swiss Shepherd Dog. Pleasing sort with a typical outlook. Good head shape and a pleasing eye and expression. Firm body with correct topline and tailset. Good width of hindquarters. Would have preferred a more positive stride on the move. 

GCD (1) 1 Pickering’s Ir. Ch. Murray D’Ered Luin Avec Picarboo (Imp), Picardy Sheepdog. Presents an elegant appearance but has the required strength and substance to complete the picture. Balanced head, well set ears and a good expression. Pleasing reach of neck set in well placed shoulders, good depth of chest and nicely rounded quarters. Moved well on a free and easy stride. 

PB (10,2) 1 Preddy’s Morningcalm Luv To Dance, Korean Jindo. Very smart young lady of good size and nicely balanced throughout. Clean head, good shape and the best of expressions along with well set ears. Pleasing front assembly standing on good legs and feet. Well sprung ribs for her age, firm topline, good tailset and excellent strength of hindquarters with a pleasing bend of stifle. A very sound and positive mover, BP. 2 Smee & Coleman’s Schnaubern Alhena Star, Hungarian Pumi. Another promising puppy, pleasing shape and outlook with that square appearance the standard asks for. Good head piece, dark expressive eyes and neat well placed ears. Pleasing reach of neck set in well placed shoulders, good depth of chest and the best of quarters. Moved well but not the presence of the winner on the day. 3 Balode & Tamoanchan Midnight Enigma. 

JB (4,2) 1 Sandford’s Calshair Sgur Fiona Nel Boscoantico, Bergamasco. Was very taken with this one and thought she presented a very typical appearance. Balanced head with a lovely eye, the softest of expressions and well set ears. Strong neck and a good layback of shoulder, pleasing ribs and a level topline.  She scores in hindquarters with good width and a pleasing bend of stifle. Presented in good coat. Moved soundly on a positive stride, Res.BB. 2 Miller’s Ezweni’s Iqhwa of Sereno, White Swiss Shepherd Dog. Was Res. in the competitive puppy class. Pleasing make and shape. Good head, clean cut with a dark eye and alert expression. Well made front assembly, pleasing depth of chest for her age and well made quarters. Was giving her handler a bit of a hard time but once she settled and got into her stride moved well. PGB (8,4) 1 Watkin’s Bocca Biale Wilki Z Wilkowa, White Swiss Shepherd Dog. Well balanced bitch built on clean lines. Pleasing head with a typical outlook, wedge shaped with a good eye and expression. Stands on good legs and feet, strong firm topline that she holds on the move and well angulated hindquarters. Very sound on the move with good reach and drive. 2 Sandford’s Perfect Storm’s Bullseye Nel Boscoantico (Imp), Bergamasco. Well coated bitch with good strength and substance throughout and has that required square appearance. Pleasing head, eye and expression. Well bodied, strong back and a good tailset and carriage. Strong quarters with a good bend of stifle. A free and easy mover. 3 Pooley’s Zaydah Olympic Victory, Hungarian Pumi. 

LB (5,2) 1 Balode & Emerson’s Sapphira Cheryl Bernays Iz Kanekso at Tamoanchan (Imp RUS), Xoloitzcuintle. Well built bitch, good size and is not exaggerated in anyway. Balanced head, good strength with a pleasing eye and an alert expression. Well angulated forequarters, a good layback of shoulder and return of upper arm. Level back, good strength of loin and a pleasing bend of stifle. Very positive on the move. 2 Hunter & Collins Grande Misterio Fairytale of Salatini ( Imp ), Russian Toy. Elegant and square appearance as the standard asks for. Pleasing head and eye with well set ears. Good front, strong body with correct topline and tailset and well made hindquarters. Typical brisk action on the move. 3 Miller’s Hidden Treasure of Sereno Spirit, White Swiss Shepherd Dog. 

OB (4) 1 Harvey’s Pumiden Total Eclipse, Hungarian Pumi. Medium sized bitch who was on her toes at all times. Nicely balanced throughout, well muscled and put down in good order on the day. Typical in head, dark eye, bright expression and well set ears. Strong neck set in well placed shoulders, deep chest, short backed, excellent strength of quarters and a well set on tail. Moved soundly, lively and spirited as the standard asks for, BB. 2 Pike & Carter’s Pumiden From Ear To Eternity to Breezelyn, Hungarian Pumi. Another good example of the breed of overall pleasing make and shape. Balanced head with a good eye and expression. Stands on good legs and feet, firm topline that she holds on the move, short firm loin and a pleasing width of hindquarters. In good coat on the day. Moved well but not quite the ‘panache’ of the winner today. 3 Hidden Treasure of Sereno Spirit. 

GCB  (2) 1 Pickering’s Ir.Ch.Alpha Natura Nike avec Picarboo ( Imp ), Picardy Sheepdog. Well made bitch with that required elegant appearance but has the substance as well to complete the picture. Good head with correct parallel planes, dark expressive eye and well set ears. Well made front assembly, good spring of rib and nicely rounded quarters. Soundest of movers covering the ground on a free and easy stride. 2 Zaydah Olympic Victory. Hungarian Pumi of pleasing size and presents a typical outlook. Good head and eye, strong neck, level back and a pleasing tailset and carriage. Would prefer a little more strength of hindquarters and could not match the positive movement of the winner on the day.
