UTILITY PD/B (5,1) 1 Cassidy’s Texcoco De Southerland At Chinaskys (Imp Spa) NAF TAF. A showy Xoloitzcuintle with a good head and expression. Good sturdy body with a firm topline and nice smooth skin. Moderately angulated, he moved OK BP & RBD. 2 Piper & Gray’s Local Hero’s Capotzic with Kamjero (Imp) Another Xoloitzcuintle, who pleased in the same areas as 1 but was not moving quite as well. 3 Chambers & Chambers’ Tamoanchan Nefertiri the Beautiful taf.
JD/B (1) 1 Taylor’s Johnny Bis Angel Riccardo Sanantonio Johnnyangels. A young Xoloitzcuintle that impressed but was not keen on being examined, which cost him today. Good, masculine head with a nice almond eye, giving a good expression. Well constructed forehand and a good, firm, deep body, with a firm topline and well developed hind quarters and well let down hocks. Moved soundly and made a very good picture on the move in profile.
PGD/B (6,1) 1 Cowie’s Sangrereal China Girl. A nicely balanced, sound moving Xoloiltzcuintle with a lovely head and expression. Good firm, well ribbed body, with good depth, firm topline and and nice smooth skin. With a good tail and set-on, and correct angulation, she showed well. BB & BOB. 2 Cassidy’s Athena Goddess of Wisdom Iz Kanekso at Chinaskys (Rus imp) An Xoloitzcuintle of a larger stamp, making a beautifully balanced outline standing. Pleasing head and expression, with good ears. Good for body, topline angulation and well let down hocks. Not moving as well as 1 and I would have preferred slightly tighter toes. 3 Piper’s Kamora Nagual del Zanjero.
OD/B (3) 1 Cunningham’s Champ of Noryeong Sanmaek for Yulyeong (Imp Kor) A typey Korean Jindo, nicely balanced, with a good clean head with correct stop, dark oval eye and well set ears. Pleasing forehand with legs set well under him and with a well ribbed body that came down to his elbows. Good topline and well developed quarters, with correct angulation and good tight feet. Presented in a good coat, he moved well. BD 2 Cunningham’s Yulyeong Legend Of Zelda Int Ch Ir Jun Ch. Another Korean Jindo that I liked for type and balance but not quite the front construction of 1. Beautiful head with a super expression and lovely neat, well set ears. Good for body, bone, topline angulation and feet. She moved quite well.
