Critique

PD (3,1a) 1 Gordon’s Local Hero’s King Of Harts, Mexican Hairless, 9 months with one of the best & cleanest heads I have seen on one of these breeds, portrays a lovely outline & was easy on the gait. Well handled. BP; 2 O’Loughlin’s Liubice Arkle over Caoilta, Korean Jingo of 11 months, looked fresh & smart, loved his head with a super expression, good neck, nicely boned but needs to develop more in width of forechest which hopefully will come with maturity, good compact body portraying a good outline. Good free mover, prepared & presented in very good order. JD (2,1) 1 Kirk & Turley’s Angelcrest Shadow Master, Mexican Hairless of 14 months & rather an adolescent in his manner, good shape when settled, nice head which was attractive to view & looked a male, plenty of neck with good body, feet could have been more compact & tighter, good on the move. PGD (1) 1 Long’s Bing at Newmoorhill, Slovakian Rough Haired Pointer, 2½ years & just coming into his prime, attracts your eye for his overall balance & finely tuned frame which gave him this lovely gaiting action that you could watch all day, unlucky to meet Portuguese Pointer on the day. RBD. OD (1) 1 Edmondson & Westaway’s Ruy at Perdizcyo, what a lovely Portuguese Pointer, very sound in both to view & on the move, very pleasing head & expression giving the impression of calmness, good strong neck & forehand, good body proportions with a good rear. Presented in very good order. BD, BOB.

JB (1) 1 Dunmore’s Achouffe Berrimore, just 12 months & still needs to grow on & mature, very well balanced & would change nothing at this stage of her development, very feminine head with good proportions, ample neck & pleasing front assembly. Good overlay, very productive mover both in profile & going away, well handled. RBB. OB (2) 1 Edmondson & Westaway’s Brittyhill Psyche at Perdizcyo, another quality Portuguese Pointer of the same mould as the BD & are very similar in type & balance, lovely feminine head with a good calm expression, good arched neck & forehand, good body parts that are balanced with each other, loved her outline, good productive mover, just lost out to the dog on muscletone on the day. Well handled to advantage. BB.
